A macOS email app concept exploring how inbox triage and replying can share one workspace. I placed the composer beside the message list so users could draft a response while keeping other conversations in view.
Needs reply, Waiting and Mentions filters organise messages around follow-up tasks, complementing folders and custom labels. Date groups and message previews provide context for deciding what to open next.
Within the composer, a contextual formatting toolbar keeps editing options close to selected text. Attachment previews expose file types and sizes, while separate Schedule and Send actions distinguish delivery choices. The light interface uses subtle surface changes to separate navigation, inbox and composition without giving every control equal visual weight.
