I help founders and product teams turn complex ideas into clear, carefully crafted digital products.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve designed for web and mobile, led design teams, and co-founded a software business. My work has covered SaaS platforms, financial tools, connected fitness, developer tools, and consumer apps.
I like getting close to the problem: understanding what people need to do, how the business works, and what the team can realistically build. Those conversations shape the structure, flows, and interfaces that follow.
My role often spans the whole design process, from early concepts and wireframes to detailed UI, prototypes, and developer handoff. I’m comfortable helping define the direction and working through the small details that make it hold together.
Running my own ventures has also shaped how I approach client work. I pay attention to priorities, budgets, and implementation effort, and I make those considerations part of the design conversation.
When we work together, you work directly with me. I stay involved in both the product decisions and the hands-on design.
I started designing in 2011, working on web products for financial businesses in Poland.
In 2013, I co-founded Tokagen, a UK software house serving international clients. I led design and managed a team of seven developers over more than five years. Alongside design, I took on the practical responsibilities of running projects and a business: planning work, coordinating delivery, and balancing scope with available resources.
In 2017, I also took on an R&D leadership role at Reconizer, managing a project supported by Poland’s GameINN programme. Around the same time, I began working independently with international startups.
That work brought me into different stages of product development. At ThisApp, I was the first design hire, helping turn a founder’s vision into an interactive product prototype. For Liteboxer, I designed an app experience connecting physical hardware with digital training.
In 2021, I joined dcSpark as Head of Design, working across Milkomeda, Paima Studios, and Urbit Apps. The role combined product design, visual direction, and coordination across several connected projects.
Alongside client work, I founded UIBundle in 2018 and continue to run it today.
Since 2023, my focus has been independent product design, working directly with founders and teams on new products and existing experiences that need to evolve.

I’ve lived in Bangkok since 2020. It’s home and my base for exploring Thailand and nearby countries.
Outside work, I’m usually trying new food, training at the gym, or planning another trip. I enjoy documenting my travels through photography and short videos, capturing places and everyday moments along the way.
I also bake sourdough and occasionally build model kits. Baking in a tropical climate still involves some negotiation with the weather.
