A light-mode task management concept exploring how teams could review and organise AI-related work without constantly opening task details. I designed the list to keep task descriptions, attachments, comments and assignees visible within a structured overview.
To do, Doing and Done groups separate workflow stages, with task counts and contextual Add task actions. Consistent row alignment supports scanning, while optional descriptions provide more context where a title alone is not enough. The illustrated drag state shows how reordering could preserve the task’s supporting information.
Pale section backgrounds distinguish groups from individual rows, and labelled categories add another way to identify work across the project.
