A task management concept for organising AI-related project work. I designed the workspace around a practical challenge: keeping progress, ownership and supporting context visible as the task list grows.
Tasks are grouped into To do, Doing and Done, with aligned assignees, comments and attachment previews to support scanning without opening each item. The illustrated drag-and-drop state shows how tasks could be reordered while retaining their context.
Layered dark surfaces distinguish workflow stages from individual tasks, while restrained colour accents highlight selection and categories. Separate app and project navigation provides room for a larger workspace without mixing navigation with task actions.
