A dark-mode productivity concept exploring how project navigation, task progress and conversational AI can coexist without competing for attention. I separated the workspace into navigation, a Kanban board and an assistant panel, giving each area a distinct role.
Task cards bring descriptions, attachments, comments and assignees into the board, while To do, Doing and Done columns establish workflow stages. A raised card illustrates movement within the board, retaining its content during the interaction.
The assistant sits beside ongoing work so users could consult a response while reviewing tasks. Layered charcoal surfaces distinguish cards from columns, with purple accents marking selected controls and the user’s message.
